 About Our Founder


Hi, I'm Adam Ritchie

I work with founders and leadership teams who have created something meaningful and now need help bringing focus, structure, and momentum to the next stage of growth. Over the past 20 years, my career has spanned manufacturing, consulting, and sales leadership, and what’s always mattered most to me is helping people and businesses work better together.


I’m an engineer by training and MBA-grounded, which means I naturally think in systems, but I’ve spent my career on the human side of those systems. I help teams get clear on what matters, align around shared priorities, and put practical operating rhythms in place so good intentions turn into real progress. My role as a Fractional COO and Coach is part strategist, part operator, and part trusted partner, bringing calm to complexity and challenging leaders to step in to the individuals they have been created to be.
